Press release for:  6' Dump Insert

Bri-Mar is proud to introduce a 6' long version of our dump insert, previously available only in 8' length. This makes our dump insert available to customers with 6' truck beds as well as 8' truck beds. Bri-Mar is proud to introduce the EH824 - a deckover equipment hauler with 20' of flat deck, and 4' of dovetail (24' deck overall). This trailer comes with a choice of GWR's - either 14k or 16k. Bri-Mar is proud to offer Adjustable Couplers and Dropleg Jacks on our LP series and Deckover series of dump trailers. The adjustable coupler allows various height setting to keep the trailer level. Bri-Mar Manufacturing is pleased to announce that effective immediately our trailer lighting has been upgraded to LED lights as standard. The LED lights are more durable, better quality, and much safer than incandescent lights. The Rascal series is the only model on which LED lights are not available.

The newest addtion to our Bri-Mar Manufacturing, LLC is a 16' tilt deck that has a 4' stationary front platform for stowing attachments, tools, and other equipment. This trailer features 82" useable space between the diamond plate fenders, power up and down hydraulic cylinder, 2" treated oak decking, radial tires, and a powder coat finish.

Bri-Mar Manufacturing, LLC introduces the HT820 Deck Over to their Hydraulic Tilt series. The HT820 is complementary to the rest of the Bri-Mar Hydraulic Tilt trailer line. Bri-Mar Manufacturing LLC adds a 14' single axle 2990 lb GVWR utility trailer to its product menu. The UT614 features 82" width between fenders, a square tube top rail and 2" treated oak decking for strength and rigidity, 15" tires and rubber mounted lights, 4 stake pockets and a split landscape gate. Also standard are a top wind jack, 2" coupler, safety cables and a baked on powder coat paint finish.

Press release for:  Dump Trailer Side Extension Kit

The side extension kits for Bri-Mar Manufacturing, LLC dump trailers have been improved to include posts that fit into stake pockets, an angle frame fitted with a punched metal OR solid metal insert and longer side pieces that cut installation times. Sides are now bolted together forming a rigid side 24" high and the appropriate length of the trailer doubling the cubic volume capacity. They also feature a baked on powder coat paint finish.

The wood decking used on all Bri-Mar Manufacturing, LLC trailers now features 2" northern oak with a preservative sealant applied to prolong deck life. Oak decking is not only stronger than treated pine decking, it does not require any special coated fasteners to preclude accelerated corrosion inherent with the "new" pressure treated decking.

The newest addition to our Bri-Mar Manufacturing, LLC is a 24,000 lb GVWR equipment hauler. This 25' (20' flat / 5' dove tail) x 101" wide trailer has a deck height of only 32" and weighs 6100 lb empty. Its standard features include slipper spring suspension, 12" I-beam main frame, 3" channel cross members, 6" channel deck frame, 5' spring loaded ladder ramps, rub rail with stake pockets, treated northern oak decking,

The Bri-Mar DT610-10 LP hydraulic dump trailer was on Hopkins & Porters wish list for a long time before the company made the purchase. Purchased their first Bri-Mar dump trailer two years ago. Since then the company has added two more Bri-Mar Trailers to it’s fleet. Why? In part because of the savings in maintenance expenses that Benckini landscaping has experienced since switching to Bri-Mar trailers. George Benckini company foreman explains that he has not had to replace tires yet on the first Bri-Mar trailer the company bought 2 years ago. That’s a $400.00 per savings a year on one trailer alone George used to replace brakes each year on trailers made by other manufactures. Now they save $500.00 in brake costs per trailer per year Overall Benckini estimates that his company saves at least $2,700.00 in maintenance costs per year by switching to Bri-Mar Trailers.

The construction of Bri-Mars product line is impeccable. Quality is always there and the price is right. We have little to know down time with Bri-Mar trailers due to the excellent construction. Any service work is easily and quickly done. Westville has 15 assorted Bri-Mar trailers in their rental fleet. We think they are great.
